Those are reactive lymph nodes and they will likely stay with you for the rest of your life. They may get enlarged temporarily when you have a new infection in your oral cavity, either bacterial or viral infection, in the future.

Not necessarily. They are likely to subside, though it may take longer than you may like. You may feel the nodes every couple of weeks, if any of the lymph glands doubles in size, becomes painful, ulcerates, or other nodes become enlarged, or you develop fever, or lose weight, you should see a doctor.
