My (18f) resting heart rate is ~120. i was diagnosed with atrial premature beats after chest tightness episode. chest x-ray and echocardiogram came back fine. i was told it could all be related to my migraines. what does it all mean?

The pain related to the migraine headaches may increase the heart rate. If there are any other symptoms, a Cardiology consult may be indicated.
