My chest xray findings hazy infiltrates are noted in both upper lobes. heart and other chest structures are unremarkable. what should i do?

Those findings are strongly suspected for pulmonary tuberculosis for a Filipino. I assume your PPD (tuberculin test) and/or quantiferon gold test is positive. Next step will be sputum smear and culture for AFB (acid fast bacilli). If this disease is strongly suspected, treatment can be initiated during waiting for the results of work-up. CT chest should be done if TB is not the likely diagnosis.
