Fatty liver is because of fat storage because of eating more than your body requires to function. When you are not eating the fat is broken down and used by the body. Too much fat in the liver could cause inflammation and scarring of the liver that is not healthy for the body. When addressed quickly you could reverse the situation. Work with your health care professional on nutrition and exercises
