How low blood sugar are you talking about? Symptomatic hypoglycemia is a pathologic condition, fasting does not cause that because our body has its own mechanism to protect you from symptomatic hypoglycemia.

Low blood sugar is defined as having symptoms of low blood sugar at the same time blood sugar is low. Can be a tricky diagnosis.
