I always ovulate from my left ovary (even 3 months in a row proved by ultrasound). how common it is to ovulate from one ovary only? could this lead to some ovary fatigue, and hence cause my infertility?

I would discuss with your ultrasonographer/GYN. Ask how often does this occur in women like me who have grown up here I have grown up. Check with other women in your family.
