Not enough info: There is not enough info here to evaluate the sonogram findings. If you think you might be pregnant check then check a home pregnancy test. The endometrial thickness evaluation depends on where you are in the menstrual cycles. "Empty ovaries" is not a term that is normally used so I would ask your Obgyn to explain what is meant by that phrase.
