Proves nothing: unfortunately, you can't say for certain. The thickness of the lining of the uterus is due to the estrogen the ovaries are producing. If you had ovulated, the ovary should still show a remnant of that ovulation in the form of a corpus luteum. Perhaps is was there and missed by ultrasound? If you are trying for a pregnancy, use the ovulation predictor kits available at all pharmacies.
