Trans vaginal ultra sound showed left ovary was ready to ovulate..... what does that mean and how is it shown on ultrasound. ?

Follicle: Each month you produce egg cysts called follicles. Your ultrasound like showed a left sided dominant follicle of the right size or showed evidence of recent ovulation (fluid around the left ovary with collapsing cyst wall). When i had more fertility patients, i often got reports from ultrasounds saying the same thing.
