Preferably nothing until you talk to your Physician. He/she knows your medical history, your medication history, the results of your most recent lab tests, etc. Why do you need pain medication. If reason is centered in/arond oral cavity, best approach is to treat the cause rather than the symptoms. Call the Physician that prescribed Lorazepam.
