Tell your doctor : It is important that you talk to your doctor about the insomnia. There are various causes of insomnia. Your doctor can investigate further with the appropriate questions and tests. Although Tylenol (acetaminophen) PM can be helpful, it is advisable that you seek your doctor's help in determining the underlying cause(s).

Insomnia: I understand your concern about Insomnia. Insomnia is a side effect of Zoloft. Insomnia before using Zoloft was likely due to stress in your life. Tylenol (acetaminophen) pm has Benadryl in it, which is for Allergy, not sleep. Using Tylenol (acetaminophen) pm with Zoloft may increase dizziness, difficulty concentrating, some impairment in thinking and judgment. See Psychiatrist for Medication benefits and side effects; Therapy.
