Hi, im a singer and after practice i hear ringing in my ears. i do sing very loud but im not sure what to do to make it more safe. i know singers wear earplugs in concerts but im just practicing singing right now at home not in a venue?

I am not sure if singing loud has anything to do with ear ringing (tinnitus). You should have an ear exam and hearing capacity check first before any conclusion can be made.
