You should go see an ear, nose and throat doctor. They can examine the inside of your ears, safely remove ear wax and diagnose what the problem is. Ear wax can sometimes get very hard and get “stuck”; called an impaction. It is important to get that removed by a professional so see an ENT doctor ASAP! Good luck to you!

Agree with Dr. Ferranti. You may try a kit available over the counter that may be useful in removing hardened wax. For healthy diet: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/., exercise 30 minutes/day, drink enough water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs. Get HPV and Covid vaccines. Wish you good health!
