Any time 6 weeks or more after the last possible exposure, the HIV AgAb (4th generation) blood tests are 100% proof someone does not have HIV, regardless of symptoms and no matter how high the risk of HIV at the time of exposure. The other STIs you mention don't cause the symptoms you describe and those results also are conclusive. You'll need to look to other causes of your symptoms. Good luck.
