No! You didn’t mention what type of HIV tests but all assays are structured to have very rare false negatives (some do have occasional false positives). If 14 separately performed HIV tests are consistently negative, regardless of which was done, you do not have HIV. “Dr.” Google is wrong. Many reasons for sore throat x 4 months, including mouth breathing at nite. See an ENT
