I consult my local area doctor,he said 12weeks duo combo test consider conclusive.but i read some side hiv 2 window period too long upto 6months. i tested duo combo test 12wks came negative.should i take another test? i have sore throat above 2mths?

You're overthinking this. Your negative test results PROVE you sore throat is not caused by HIV: it is impossible to have HIV symptoms with negative antibody test. Also negative AgAb (duo, combo) any time 6 weeks or more after the last possible exposure proves someone does not have HIV. There are no exceptions. Please believe it and stop asking repeatedly!
