If alere determine rapid is a 4th gen hiv test, why does it have the same window period as oral home hiv test? why is it not better than oral test? i had 4th gen vein at 6 weeks and 4th gen rapid finger prick at 2.5 months. both negative. test more?

No need for more testing. You clearly do not have HIV. Don't worry about it. (The oral fluids test misses up to 5% of HIV infections, no matter how long since exposure. Never use it if worried about a particular exposure.)
