Unlikely: It is unlikely that 2 tests for HIV would both be wrong. Our HIV tests now are very accurate. The stress of worrying about this could effect your periods and your appetite. There are many causes of rashes and sore throats. Get seen for these since gonorrhea and strep can both cause a sore throat and both need to be treated with antibiotics. Hope this helps.
