When feeling left testicle, the top of the epididymis (epididymis head) moves around as if it is not attached to the testicle. no pain unless im touching/moving it and the epididymis feels more prominent than the other one. paranoid or is it normal?

The epididymis doesn't like to be messed with. However, if there's a difference in size,shape or tenderness from each other,I recommend having an examination by your physician or a urologist.

No you are not paranoid. Some times a the attachment of the epidyd to the testis may be a little looser. You should be fine. If still worried get checked by a Urologist.
