Is it pssble to only feel the epididymis head on 1 of the testes?At top of my left testicle where the head should be i feel lump butnot on other teste
I can feel the head of epididymis on one side of the testicles but on the opposite side i can feel some skin attached to the testicle, it is not a lump or a bump ,does not hurt i can feel it one both the testicles, isn't it a part of the epididymis?
