? Spermatoceles: Might be small epididymal cysts (spermatoceles), actual heads of epididymisor appendices to testes. Could each be a thrombosed appendix testis of hard like a grain of rice, so called scrotal pearls. They are benign. However, any enlarging hard testicular lump must always be worked up to rule out testicular tumors.
