I take metoprolol 25mg twice daily . i feel like its too much. i feel like im going to pass out and i will check my pressure and it will be 90/58 . can i half the dose and just take half in mornings and other st night? its scored?

All depends on why you are taking the medication. But if it is causing side effects and low blood pressure you may need to reduce the dose. Would discuss with your PCP or whoever prescribed the medication for you and follow their recommendation on dosage.
