No, colon cancer does not behave that way. Likely, too much air in your GI tract causes those symptoms. You need to eat slow, avoiding foods or drinks that exacerbate gas production (you can google those foods) and you can try gas X (simethicone) OTC to see if it helps.

Postprandial or following meals bloating is a common and non specific symptom that is not even related to pathology many times, but rather to quality, quantity and mechanics of food ingested. If you have reason to believe that colon cancer may be at the root, maybe based on family history, by all means talk to your doc about your worries. Otherwise colon cancer appears less likely.
