You can rest assured that these symptoms are not usually a sign of colon cancer. Colon cancer usually presents with no symptoms, or occasionally bleeding or weight-loss. We recommend beginning colon cancer screening at age 45, unless you have a family history of colon polyps or colon cancer. If you do, then you should see your doctor to initiate colonoscopy or some other colon cancer screening.

These are not usual signs/symptoms of colon cancer. You can buy a kit from a pharmacy to test your stool for blood, FIT test. a negative result will be reassuring.
