What do you mean by white worm in vagina? What kind of worm? Worms, if present anywhere in the body, are called parasites and they should be eradicated. However, worms have nothing to do with syphilis. VDRL is a screening test, not a confirmed test for syphilis, the test is sensitive but not specific. The most common treponemal test is FTA-ABS and if this test is positive you have the disease.
