Probably still yeast: If you had typical symptoms of yeast infection (vaginal/vulvar irritation, scant discharge, etc) and the same thing is happening now, then yeast is still the best bet. It's often difficult to confirm yeast by exam and testing. It would make sense to try an OTC yeast treatment (oral DiflucanĀ® or a vaginal cream with an "azole" active ingredient). Return to doctor if it doesn't work.
