Most doctors will prefer selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRIs) and serotonin-norepinephrine reuptake inhibitors (SNRIs) for anxiety/ panic disorder if pharmacology treatment is required. If you do not want medication, cognitive behavior therapy should be tried first. You should discuss with a psychiatrist or psychologist.

Behavior health is just a new name for the field of psychiatric or psychologic problems but we do not often call psychiatrist or psychologist as behavior health specialists.
