Most doctors will prefer selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRIs) and serotonin-norepinephrine reuptake inhibitors (SNRIs) for anxiety/ panic disorder if pharmacology treatment is required. If you do not want medication, cognitive behavior therapy should be tried first. You should discuss with a psychiatrist or psychologist.
