Not necessarily: Being aware that there is a mental health problem does not mean that a person isn't schizophrenic. Please seek a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation to know definitively. Discuss your fears.

Schizo?: Schizophrenics lack insight if not treated, however, an evaluation is recommended by a mental health professional to alleviate the fears you have.
