Serotoninergic meds: In general, the best neurochemical to help those with anxiety is serotonin. There are a number of medications that increase the serotonin that your brain sees.

Anxiety&panic attack: My first choice is non addictive medication, such as ssri, Depakote and therapy, if this does not work , then I use benzo.
