Not necessarily. Why was the echo done? What symptoms do you have? It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some other tests. Wish you good health!

If done with the intent of discovering possible septal defects a bubble study is usually performed as a 2D-echo may miss small septal defects.
