Probably normal: Most likely, it means that your heart is pumping blood normally, however, you have a leaky aortic valve. Leaky aortic valve if mild, nothing to worry about. If aortic valve is leaking moderately, you probably want to see cardiology and have regular follow-up. Severely leaking aortic valve requires surgery. From your report, it sounds like probably you have minor leaky valve.

2 different things: "normal heart) likely refers to the function of your left ventricle (the main pumping chamber of the heart). Leaking aortic valve means some of the blood ejected from your heart is leaking back into the heart instead of going forward to the rest of your body. This is not always a significant problem however.

Echo: The echo is very sensitive for valve insufficiency. The otherwise normal echo suggests mild aortic insufficiency. If it wasn't mentioned in the report you need to ask your doc.
