Not necessarily: These tests can only pick up so many of the abnormalities. It is possible that you have narrowing of the coronary arteries but the blockage is not severe enough to show up in these tests. It would be prudent to discuss the matter with your doctor to see what are the results of other tests, including lab tests and what, if any life style changes or medications may be needed.
