I feel short of breath often, and i have a deep cough. i often dont cough when i should, but when i cough it sounds like a deep cough. could this be fluid in my lungs? im able to sleep alright without feeling out of breath/waking up?

Have you been infected with covid-19 and lung symptoms (shortness of breath, cough, etc.) in the previous 2 years? A young lady with shortness of breath and cough when active are abnormal and these symptoms needs to be worked up. Checking oxygen level at rest and during exertion can narrow the different diagnosis. In general, supine position makes symptoms worse when you have fluid in the lungs.
