Ouch.: I am sorry you are hurting. It sounds like you injured your chest wall. You have cartilage joints that might have popped loose, or you could have torn some of the tissues. These type of injuries are slow to heal. You can try ice initially. Heat may help later on. Ibuprofen may also help. If the pain continues, or you have difficulty breathing, or a fever, you need to get in to be seen. Good luck!
