Acute bronchitis about 3 weeks ago. decreased lung sounds 1.5 weeks ago & given inhaler. last night i had a random cough attack that wouldn't stop w/o the inhaler and tight chest this morning. lung sensitivity or something else? h2o & sleep helps.

Mgt: Following a respiratory infection, you may need a steroid inhaler to decrease the associated inflammation. The albuterol provides a temporary relief to bronchospasm.
