GFR is based on a calculation and it can vary as can lab value of creatinine. If you are asymptomatic and have no other co-morbidities the figures are not alarming. Only if it rises in a step-ladder fashion. Good luck

GFR is estimated on the blood creatinine level and is very sensitive to the degree of hydration at the time blood is drawn, among others. If monitoring for worsening kidney disease, your nephrologist will be best to comment, the GFR values as mentioned do not seem to trend yet.
