GFR is a calculated rate, highly dependent on few variables, among which muscular mass and hydration level at the time blood is drawn are among the most important. There is limited use of trending GFR unless there are existing conditions, such as hypertension or diabetes known to affect kidney function in time.

GFR is calculated by a formula and can vary. Your variation is within normal limits as is your creatinine. You do not seem to have kidney disease based on those numbers. Signs and symptoms in Kidney disease occur in the later stages and there is no point worrying about them for they are not all very specific.
