Urgent care vs ER: What pills are you missing? Yellow stools can be due to a decrease in bile stemming from a problem in your liver, gallbladder, or pancreas.Pain in your back and abdomen, especially on the right side or in the middle would support this as well.Are your skin or eyes yellow? I would highly suggest being seen at an Urgent Care Center, or if your pain is bad enough even the ER for at least blood work.
