39 y/0 had a d&c 6 wks ago from a 9wk miscarry,no issues.no bleeding.. 6 weeks later no period still but sudden pain in abdomen (contraction like) scan shows fluid outside uterus blood inside uterus, recheck 2 days later shows less fluid out more in?

D & C prodedures can result in localized, minor abrasion of the uterine tissue and occasionally some small areas of damage. this can lead to fluid accumulation and blood/clots. Make sure to follow up with your physician as this heals to make sure no additional intervention is needed.
