Contact your GYN physician for an appointment today, or proceed to an ED for an exam and testing. The kind of bleeding described may indicate a miscarriage or a pregnancy outside the womb (ectopic), which may need immediate attention.

If the bleeding has not subsided, it would be prudent to see a doctor or go to an ER. It may have been a miscarriage.
If bleeding has subsided, you should see your doctor at your convenience. Take oral iron and multivitamin supplements to prevent anemia from blood loss.
Wish you good health!
