What does it mean when your ovary is 8.6 cm with a volume of 155ml with a cyst that is 7.1cm and is diffuse homogenous hypoechoic internal echoes. also what does it mean when your uterus is also anteverted with heterogenous myometrium without focal?

Seeing the whole report would be helpful, but the principal finding is an apparent simple cyst of the right ovary that is relatively large. The uterus is tipped forward, which is typical, and has a normal appearance. This cyst is large enough to require follow up but it could still resolve. Surgery could be required if it persists or is more complex than appears to be the case.

Ovarian cysts have a higher chance of cancer. We start to worry at 5 cm cysts. See your doctor soon for work up.
