At "43", the increased estrogen will thicken the endometrium, which should be biopsied at "14mm". The ovarian cyst with complex features also may need biopsy, but your GYN physician will want to rule out a pregnancy first, by obtaining a serum HCG test. Although unlikely, a pregnancy should be considered "possible" before surgical biopsies are attempted.
