Please explain there is a normal sized non-gravid anteverted uterus measuring about (7.6x6.3x4.2)cm with uniform myometrium and a demonstrable midline endometrial echo(11mm) the ovaries are normal in sizes,echotexture and configuration?

"Uniform myometrium describes normal uterine constituency, and a "11 mm echo" is probably just prior to ovulatory dimensions, and would indicate a normal hormonal cycle, given the ovaries are "normal" in the respects described. Ask your GYN physician about a hysterosalgingogram (HSG) , as blocked tubes are the leading statistical cause of infertility.
