Ultrasound says enlarged anteverted uterus with heterogeneous uterine echo texture. what could this mean?. had done due to heavy and long periods?

Anteversion is normal positioning of the uterus. The fact that it is enlarged with heterogenous echo texture may suggest fibroid which is very prevalent amongst females, in view ot the history of heavy and long periods.

A "heterogeneous texture of the uterus" by uterine ultrasound can be caused by invasion of the uterine muscle by endometrium, called "adenomyosis" which can cause heavy cramping and heavy and extended menstruation. See your GYN physician and ask about oral bcp's, which will reduce the symptoms.
