Had trans-vaginal ultrsnd finding was heterogeneous anteverted uterus size8.14 x4.62x3.32 cm, endometrial stripe size of 0.17.,no cysts/mass on either ovary. & a vaginal wall mass thats hyperchoic w/no color flow, what does this report suggest i have?

This needs to be correlated to your pelvic exam. There are benign cysts of the vagina which could appear like this on ultrasound and they should be readily apparent on exam.

The next step is a vaginal exam. It is unclear what the vaginal mass on sonogram indicates. A doctor will need to do a physical exam and then place the exam findings into the context of the sonogram findings.
