A member asked:

Pathology report says placenta shows moderate subchorionic acute deciduitis -basal intervillous fibrin thrombus, focal increase in intervillous fibrin with chorangiosis. -acute inflammation of the fetal stem vessels is this bad for baby in future?

Missing information. Was the baby delivered and sent to the normal nursery? Has babies' postnatal course been okay or complicated? By themselves the wording suggests the placenta was aging and beginning to break down, which happens around term & post term. The information is best interpreted by your pediatrician who has the information mentioned above.
