Between 28 and 32 wk: A follow up sonogram or a "fetal growth scan" could be useful between 28 and 32 weeks. If your anterior placenta is not "low lying" or "previa" at that time, and fetal growth is good, there may be little cause for alarm . Be a patient; you will "feel fetal movements" soon.
