Likely to improve: placenta previa diagnosed in second trimester most often resolves by 3rd trimester. Usually by that time, the fetus is head down and vaginal delivery is an option. Follow closely with ultrasounds this pregnancy to help guide your decision. Unlikely but if the placenta previa persists, then a csection is needed
