In my country, efexor xr is unavailable for a while. i only have 1 box of efexor xr 150 mg left and my dose has been 225mg (150mg + 75mg) for a week by now so should i increase the dose to 300 mg or lower the dose to 150 mg ?

You don't mention your diagnosis or current symptoms, if any, so it's not prudent for us to advise you. As a rule I think less.is better than more but so much depends on your diagnosis, past history and current status.

I would suggest a lower dose because you do not know when it will be available.
