I take 300 mg of efexor. since it was increased to 300, i have been having probably sleeping. i am wondering if i can take the herbal deep sleep to help me sleep? it does include valerian root as well as a small amount of beeswax. thank you?

I would advise against using herbal supplement because interaction can't be checked. If new dose of effexor causes side effect, you better discuss with the prescribed doctor for an alternative. Good luck.
